Master process technician for plastic and rubber technology moulding (m/f/d)
Join our team
Your job with us:
- Ensuring an efficient, effective production flow
- Managing and assigning personnel, including training
- Sampling new tools
- Monitoring and delegating tasks
- Equipping, setting up, adjusting, operating and monitoring injection moulding machines and handling systems including peripheral equipment
- Carrying out all inspections required in production, including calibration and analysing data
- Assisting with or performing maintenance, repairs and inspections
- Monitoring parts quality and quantity
Your skills:
- Completed education as plastics and rubber process mechanic with advanced training as technician (m/f/d) or master (m/f/d), or equivalent training in plastics processing with several years of relevant experience in plastics injection moulding
- Perseverance, convincing and goal-oriented
- Flexible, committed and hard-working team player with good communication skills
- Planned, forward-looking, independent and structured
- Aspiring long-term cooperation
